Strength & Conditioning

 

Students are encouraged to continually work on their strength and flexibility, exercises are introduced to be worked on throughout the week away from class.  This helps them to develop their standard and achievements.  

 

Classes throughout the term are implemented into the timetable to encourage this strength and conditioning, to continually improve their ability as a dancer.
